Many of our specialties came directly from new product developments of our factories around Europe and Asia. They developed them for their local customers, and gave them to us for the USA. These product developments gave us offerings which differentiated us from our competition. Thus we were able to become leaders in many markets, and received acclaim from many trade organizations. We received over 30 awards through the years from the Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators for Excellence in Design, and Technical Excellence.

Customers have received the benefit when we “cross-fertilize” one market’s new developments – with another. Our vision has allowed us to become valuable partners and add value above just another supplier. Thus, we have kept the same customers which we started with 30 years ago.
